Regulating the Bill of Rights Away

The current administration plan is to not go after Second Amendment Rights directly, but to use new safety and health regulation powers granted to them by the Health Bill. This is step 2, remember LEAD is now by law a bad substance, ask the duck hunters (just like the EPA Carbon regulation that were snuck in a few months ago). The Czars have the civic and moral DUTY to help us and keep the sheeple safe. In the pipe line after the ammo costs go up are additional taxes because of the "health cost" caused by ammunition overloading the guv'ment medical system's. They will be using the precedents set by Tobacco Legislation. Think of it this way using tobacco as the example.

Tobacco Example Pack of Cigarettes cost .50$ + State and Fed Taxes 3.50$ = $4.00 Cost to You

Current Cost of Box of 30-30 Ammo = $15.00 with current Federal Taxes

Box of 30-30 Ammo (Lead Free) to cost 20.00$ + (x7 using Tobacco Formula) NEW State and Fed Taxes 140.00$ = $160.00 NEW Cost to You

This wont happen overnight but it only took the guv'ment 20 years to raise a pack of butts from .50$ to 5.00$. I suspect with this group of "learned gentlemen and women", we the people, wont have anywhere near that amount of time.
